She works with clients to create systems that consistently generate confidence, maximize opportunities, so they can spend time on productive money-making activities, creating new opportunities, enjoying life!
Kolbe is the undisputed leader in assessing and empowering the cognitive mind. As a Kolbe Certified ® Consultant, she has experience and a passion for helping individuals act according to their natural strengths to bring energy and results.
She is co-owner of a successful independent financial service firm with 30 years’ experience in client service, sales support, and team leadership. Member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professional (NAPO), Productive Environment Institute, Kolbe Certified® Consultant, Past President of Women in Financial Services- Central Florida.
Leisa is married and has two grown daughters and two grandchildren. She enjoys travel and family time.
Cathie D. Mannion, CPA, MBA, EA
Cathie Mannion is passionate about helping individuals and businesses understand the story their financial data tells. She started her career in public accounting working for a regional CPA firm whose philosophy was for the accountant to work with a client from the beginning of the engagement to the end which allowed her to gain a broad level of client experience - from monthly reviews, reconciliations and payroll to audits to financial statement and tax preparation. From there, Cathie moved on to lead the accounting and finance divisions in small family-owned businesses as well as large multi-industry corporations. Cathie discovered her niche for translating tax and other technical concepts to owners and division leaders to better impact the company profitability.
Cathie leads the tax and business consulting areas of AvantiPRO. She enjoys focusing on the financial well-being of a client as she works with them to lower their tax liability and improve their profitability.
Cathie is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Indiana and Florida as well as Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service. She earned her undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Indianapolis and MBA from the University of Central Florida.
She lives with her husband and two daughters in Oviedo, Florida.
